高铁的高平顺性、高稳定性、高舒适性,主要通过无缝线路来实现。无缝线路是列车高速运行的必备条件,钢轨焊接则是无缝线路施工的关键工序。焊轨生产中的不确定因素很多,比如焊接焊头由于内、外部的缺陷断裂,细微环节的疏忽都可能成为质量隐患,带来不堪设想的后果。无缝线路的内部应力和列车高速运营的冲击对焊接接头的质量提出了严格的要求,因此,必须制订严格的质量过程保障措施,确保焊轨生产各环节受控。1焊轨质量问题原因
