目的了解活禽交易市场活禽摊主对H7N9禽流感知信行情况。方法自行设计调查表,采用问卷调查方式,对活禽摊主开展面对面调查。结果共调查活禽摊主47名,均听说过H7N9禽流感,对人感染H7N9主要途径知晓率25%;当地发生疫情后感到紧张度27.66%;工作中主动开展防护率65.43%;活禽摊主对“一日一清洗,一周一消毒,一月一休市”制度落实到位率87.23%;对政府应对疫情采取暂时关闭活禽市场支持率(72.34%)与永久性关闭、全面实行冰(生)鲜上市支持率(46.81%、51.05%)差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.52,P<0.01)。结论活禽交易市场活禽摊主对H7N9防控知信行模式尚未建立,有针对性地开展健康教育是当前阻断H7N9传播的防控重点;有关部门应履行管理职责,促进活禽市场各项制度落实到位。
Objective To understand the status quo of H7N9 bird flu among live poultry stalls in live poultry market. Methods To design a questionnaire by itself and conduct a face-to-face investigation on live poultry stallholders by means of questionnaire. Results A total of 47 live poultry stalls were surveyed. All of them heard of H7N9 bird flu, and 25% were aware of the main route of human infection of H7N9. After the outbreak of the epidemic, 27.66% of the respondents were nervous. The protection rate of live poultry was 65.43% The stallholders took 87.23% of the implementation of the system of “disinfection on a daily basis, disinfected on a daily basis and disinfected on a January-January basis”, and implemented a permanent closure of the live poultry market with a temporary closure of the government response to the epidemic and its permanent closure There was a significant difference in the support rate of fresh ice (raw) market (46.81%, 51.05%) (χ2 = 16.52, P <0.01). Conclusion Live poultry stallholders in live poultry market have not set up a pattern of H7N9 prevention and control, and targeted health education is the key point to prevent and control the spread of H7N9. Relevant departments should fulfill their management responsibilities to promote the live poultry market System implemented in place.
