我队所勘探的地区的岩层复杂,在钻进中常发生钻孔漏水,情况非常严重.我们会采用高粘度泥浆和渗马粪进行处理,结果作用不大,反易使井内冲洗液粘度增高,易于堵水,钻进效率很低.后来,在某孔使用了胶皮板进行漏水处理,实践证明这是一种行之有效的方法.现将我们的具体作法,作一介绍.当发现钻孔漏水以后,首先就要记录、推测孔内漏水情况,确定漏水位置;然后准备混合物,混合物是由泥浆和马粪配制的,按漏水孔隙大小情况进行调制,泥浆与马粪的浓度在60-100秒为宜,不准加入碱;再检查正常钻进使用的标准泥浆情况,钻粒钻进泥浆粘度,不应超过22-26秒,最大不能超过30秒.使用合金钻进,泥浆应在25-30秒;用旧皮带做成圆圈,其规格应根据井径不同来决定,直径在80-100公厘左右;最后,采用厚胶皮板做成圆圈,其规格应按井径不同来配合,如使用110公厘粗径钻具,应作成130公厘直径的胶皮板,厚4-6公厘.
