本文采用间歇法和可见及紫外分光光度法测定了GDX系列对苯胺、邻甲酚、苯甲酸、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、亚甲基兰的吸附速度和吸附容量。实验结果表明:GDX系列对五种芳香族化合物都有一定的吸附容量和吸附速度,均可用作富集剂使用,GDX—102对苯胺的吸附容量为7.77mg/g,表示吸收速度的K值为136;邻甲酚的吸附容量是17mg/g,K=134,苯甲酸的吸附容量是18.02mg/g,K=98.邻苯二甲酸二甲酯的吸附容量是37.28mg/g;K=103,亚甲基兰的吸附容量是34.30mg/g,K=88.5。其平均吸附容量为22.87mg/g,平均K=112,所试验的六种GDX树脂(GDX-101,GDX-102,GDX-203,GDX-301,GDX-401,GDX-501)中,GDX-102的平均吸附容量较大,平均吸附速度较快,因此GDX-102作为富集剂似较合适。 文中还讨论了影响吸附容量和吸附速度的因素,在实验条件下,GDX系列吸附速度经验公式的一般形式为(1/Q)=a+(1/(Kt))。。
In this paper, the adsorption rate and adsorption capacity of GDX series to aniline, o-cresol, benzoic acid, dimethyl phthalate and methylene blue were determined by batch method and UV-vis spectrophotometry. The experimental results show that: GDX series of five aromatic compounds have a certain adsorption capacity and adsorption speed, can be used as a collector, GDX-102 aniline adsorption capacity of 7.77mg / g, said the absorption rate of K The value of 136; o-cresol adsorption capacity is 17mg / g, K = 134, benzoic acid adsorption capacity is 18.02mg / g, K = 98. Dimethyl phthalate adsorption capacity is 37.28mg / g; K = 103, methylene blue adsorption capacity 34.30 mg / g, K = 88.5. The average adsorption capacity was 22.87 mg / g with an average K = 112. Of the six GDX resins tested (GDX-101, GDX-102, GDX- 203, GDX- 301, GDX- 401, GDX- 501) -102 larger average adsorption capacity, the average adsorption rate faster, so GDX-102 as a more appropriate as a collector. The factors that affect the adsorption capacity and adsorption rate are also discussed. Under the experimental conditions, the general formula of GDX series adsorption rate empirical formula is (1 / Q) = a + (1 / (Kt)). .
