随着油田企业各种改革措施的不断出台实施,必然要触及到部分人的切身利益,难以割舍利益分配,必然引起一些深层次的矛盾和纠纷。企业稳定工作事关油田兴衰成败与发展未来。本文就油田企业在深化改革过程中产生可能产生的不稳定因素的成因、特点及化解矛盾的对策方略从以下三个方面进行研究与探讨。
With the continuous introduction and implementation of various reform measures in the oilfield enterprises, it is inevitable to touch on the vital interests of some people and it is hard to break away from the distribution of profits, which inevitably leads to some deep-rooted conflicts and disputes. The steady work of enterprises is related to the success or failure of oilfield development and development and the future. In this paper, the causes and characteristics of unstable factors that may arise in the process of deepening the reform of oilfield enterprises and countermeasures to resolve the contradictions are studied and discussed from the following three aspects.
