人才工作考核是人才工作的“指挥棒”。在实际工作中,科学设置考核指标,确保把人才工作考准、考实,考出成效和积极性,是保证考核工作顺利开展的关键。当前,我国人才工作目标责任制还处于探索阶段,如何提高人才工作考核指标的科学性、针对性,是各级人才工作部门普遍关心的问题。本刊邀请江苏、山东两地组织部门人才工作者发表看法,以期通过讨论,促进建立健全科学的人才工作考核体系,营造良好的人才工作氛围。
