领导干部公开选拔制度是我国干部人事制度的重要改革工作和关键要求,这对建设我国政治文明有着重要意义。目前公开选拔制度建设取得了一定成效,但也存在着整体性、系统性不强而片面化、局部化明显的主要问题。本文以系统研究为切入点,提出了公开选拔制度的问题,并提出完善领导干部公开选拔的几点建议。
The system of open selection of leading cadres is an important reform and a key requirement for the cadre and personnel system in our country. This is of great significance to building a political civilization in our country. At present, the success of the system of open selection has yielded some success, but there are also major issues of overall and systematic weakness and obvious localization. This article takes the system research as the breakthrough point, puts forward the question of the open selection system, and puts forward several proposals to improve the open selection of the leading cadres.
