Brillouin-based fiber-optic distributed sensing technology can realize the simultaneous sensing of temperature and strain. How to solve the cross-sensitivity of temperature and strain is the key to realize the simultaneous sensing of temperature and strain. The article introduced several common experimental schemes reported in detail, compared and analyzed different schemes, and finally predicted the future development.
