蒜薹从采收、调运、到入库贮藏,其内部的生理化反应及其附着在体内的有害微生物的活动对蒜薹的贮藏效果及贮藏时问均有着十分重要的影响,因此调运回的蒜薹应尽快处理送入低温环境中冷藏,以便抑制有害微生物的活动,降低蒜薹基本身的呼吸强度,减缓蒜薹的生理衰老过程,延长贮藏寿命。根据几年来对蒜薹贮藏技术的推广应用及对蒜薹贮前处理各项技术的研究,我认为蒜薹贮前处理应遵从以下几个步骤:
