以主栽绿肉猕猴桃品种‘金魁’为试材,选取8种果袋对‘金魁’猕猴桃果实进行套袋试验,研究不同类型果袋对其果实品质的影响。结果表明:套袋能明显提高猕猴桃商品果率,提高果面光洁度,减少日灼果及病虫果的发生;同时套袋降低了单果重,对果实硬度、可溶性固形物和维生素C含量影响也较大。综合比较各项指标初步得出,采用内黑外红褐色粘底双层袋效果最好,其次是内黑外黄褐色粘底双层袋。
The main fruits of green kiwifruit variety ’Jinkui’ were selected as materials, and eight kinds of fruit bags were selected to test the fruit quality of ’Jinkui’ Kiwifruit. The results showed that: bagging can significantly improve the fruit rate of kiwifruit, improve the surface finish, reduce the occurrence of sunburn and pests; bagging at the same time reduce the weight of fruit, fruit firmness, soluble solids and vitamin C content Larger. Based on a comprehensive comparison of various indexes, it is concluded that the double-layer bag with reddish brown sticky bottom is the best, followed by the tanned double-layer bag with yellowish brown inside.
