目的:分析机械通气疗法用于急性中毒所导致的呼吸衰竭症状治疗的临床疗效。方法:选择我院收治的56例由于急性中毒造成的呼吸衰竭症患者为对象,以综合疗法作为基础,另开通人工气道,采用机械通气疗法实施治疗,对通气前、通气后1h、通气后24h、通气后72h、脱机前的动脉血气进行动态监测与记录,观察机械通气疗法的效果。结果:56例患者经机械通气治疗以后,52例治愈,4例救治无效死亡,总有效率为92.86%(52/56)。通气后1h,患者的PaO2改善,明显高于通气前,P<0.05。通气后24h、通气后72h、脱机前分别与通气前相比,患者的pH、PaO2、PaCO2、SaO2四项动脉血气指标均明显增高,且皆为P<0.05。结论:医师采用机械通气疗法为因急性中毒而呼吸衰竭的患者实施治疗,可有效促使患者的动脉血气指标恢复正常,成功救治患者生命。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of mechanical ventilation therapy on respiratory failure symptoms caused by acute poisoning. Methods: Fifty-six patients with respiratory failure caused by acute poisoning were selected as our subjects. Based on the comprehensive therapy, artificial airway was opened and mechanical ventilation was used to treat the patients. Before ventilation, 1 h after ventilation, 24h, 72h after ventilation, arterial blood gas before off-line dynamic monitoring and recording to observe the effect of mechanical ventilation therapy. Results: Fifty-six patients were cured after mechanical ventilation, and 52 patients died after treatment. The total effective rate was 92.86% (52/56). PaO2 was improved in patients at 1 hour after ventilation, which was significantly higher than before ventilation (P <0.05). Ventilation 24h, 72h after ventilation, before off-line compared with before ventilation, the patient’s pH, PaO2, PaCO2, SaO2 four arterial blood gas were significantly increased, and all P <0.05. Conclusion: Physicians using mechanical ventilation therapy to treat patients with respiratory failure due to acute poisoning can effectively promote the recovery of arterial blood gas index in patients and successfully treat patients’ lives.
