目的观察病案教学与传统教学在内科教学中应用的效果,并进行对比。方法选取我校2014级内科学学习的121例学生,采取数字奇偶法随机将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组中的59例学生均采取传统教学,观察组中的62例学生均采取病案教学,2组学生均进行5个月的课程教学。对比2组学生在课程结束后的内科学成绩的合格率。结果观察组的内科学成绩合格率为95.2%,明显高于对照组的72.9%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在内科教学中应用病案教学的方法,比传统教学更容易激发学生学习的兴趣,使学生能够自主学习,增加学生与老师之间的交流,促进成绩的提高。
Objective To observe the effect of medical record teaching and traditional teaching in internal medicine teaching and to compare them. Methods A total of 121 students from our 2014 grade of internal medicine study were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group by numerical parity method. The control group of 59 students were taking traditional teaching, 62 cases in the observation group were taking medical records, two groups of students were 5 months of teaching. Comparing the pass rate of internal medicine scores of two groups of students after the end of the course. Results The qualified rate of internal medicine in observation group was 95.2%, which was significantly higher than that in control group (72.9%) (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of medical record teaching in medical teaching can stimulate student interest more easily than traditional teaching, enable students to learn independently, increase the communication between students and teachers, and promote the improvement of scores.
