The development of e-commerce trading platform subverts our understanding of the core competitiveness of traditional enterprises. This paper considers that user viscosity is the core competitiveness of C2C e-commerce trading platform and analyzes the factors affecting the viscosity of C2C e-commerce trading platform from a qualitative perspective .
