采用离体叶柄接种法,利用大豆菌核病分离物jia30和jian29对来自全国11个省份的286份野生大豆资源进行了抗性鉴定。结果表明:在289份材料中,对jia30和jian29均表现抗性的材料有34份,占供试材料的11.8%;抗菌核病菌株jian29的材料50份,占供试材料的17.4%;抗菌核病菌株jia30的材料62份,占供试材料的21.6%。根据野生大豆的来源分析发现,辽宁、黑龙江和吉林存在较多的抗大豆菌核病野生大豆种质资源。
In vitro petiole inoculation method, the use of isolates of soybean sclerotia jia30 and jian29 from 28 provinces and 11 provinces of the wild soybean resources were identified. The results showed that among the 289 materials, 34 were resistant to jia30 and jian29, accounting for 11.8% of the tested materials; 50 were from jian29, accounting for 17.4% of the tested materials; 62 strains of nuclear strain jia30 materials, accounting for 21.6% of the material tested. According to the analysis of the source of wild soybean, Liaoning Province, Heilongjiang Province and Jilin Province have more resistant soybean germplasm resources of wild soybean germplasm.
