“工作中是站长,很严厉。下班后是朋友, 很随和。”这是北京中油京胜石油销售 有限公司京开东站员工对他们的站经理贾 记宗的普遍评价。不过,还有一点员工们没 有提到,贾记宗还是一位勤奋的“猎手”,不 断地在捕捉和争夺“猎物”,在竞争激烈的 油品市场中游刃有余。 争夺固定客户 京开东站位于京开高速路天宫院入口 处,周围是农村,从河北、河南、安徽等地 过来的车辆几乎都要打京开东站过。但是, 京开东站上游25公里左右有7座油站,下 游还有一座,且具有相当的实力。在这种情 况下,没有一定的固定客户,站稳脚跟谈何 容易?
