The social conflict between doctor and patient lies in the reconstruction of the relationship between the two. In other words, their social conflicts are only the result of institutionalized, market-oriented, and socially differentiated groupings. Every year, every month, every day, sick people, their families, and medical staff meet in this social space of the hospital. Most of the time, their encounters are bland, and the hospital maintains a unique order - including the order in which doctors and patients do not play equal in game skills. Sometimes, however, this order will suddenly be torn apart. Just as a car runs a red light at a crossroad and causes a traffic accident, the encounter between doctors and patients also produces a series of conflicts. They constitute a violent social event that has impacted drastically on people’s minds and have taken place one after another over the years and have been disseminated and amplified in the public domain.
