采空区煤炭自燃是长期危害煤矿安全生产的主要灾害之一,煤矿采空区煤炭自燃监测对于制定预防自燃措施至关重要。基于现有采空区参数采样方法存在的不足,笔者设计了一套以矿井原有基站、中心站为基础的采空区煤炭自燃无线监测系统,该系统由设在采空区的多组信号发射器和采掘工作面便携式接收器构成,通过井下监测监控网络实现对采空区参数的地面实时监测。
Spontaneous combustion of coal in the goaf is one of the major hazards that endanger the safety of coal mines in the long term. Monitoring of spontaneous combustion of coal in the goaf of coal mines is of crucial importance for the development of measures to prevent spontaneous combustion. Based on the shortcomings of the existing sampling methods of goaf parameters, the author designed a set of wireless monitoring system of coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf based on the original base station and central station of the mine. The system consists of several groups of signals Transmitter and mining face portable receiver form, through the mine monitoring and control network to achieve real-time monitoring of the gob area parameters of the ground.
