基于1988~2008年的发明专利授权数据,采用GIS分析技术,对我国内地31个省域的创新能力进行了评估,描绘了我国区域创新活动大致的空间演化过程。结果显示,改革开放后经过30多年的发展,我国区域创新活动特征已逐渐从单极化的点状发展向沿海区域分散化的线面发展转变,但是创新进步集团与落后集团之间的差距在加大。通过运用多元统计分析方法对2008年的创新相关数据进行分析,找出了影响区域创新综合能力的社会-经济因素,通过对因子分析与聚类分析结果进行综合评估,刻画出我国内地省域目前的区域创新空间结构特征。结果显示,对区域创新活动及空间结构影响最大的因素为创新综合投入水平,我国区域创新综合实力的地域差异较为鲜明,沿海化特征明显。
Based on the data of authorizations of invention patents from 1988 to 2008, this paper uses GIS analysis technology to evaluate the innovation capability of 31 provinces in mainland China, and depicts the general spatial evolution of regional innovation activities in China. The results show that after more than 30 years of reform and opening up, the characteristics of China’s regional innovation activities have gradually shifted from the unipolar point-like development to the decentralized linear development in the coastal areas. Through the use of multivariate statistical analysis method to analyze the data of innovation in 2008 and find out the socio-economic factors that affect the comprehensive ability of regional innovation. The results show that the most important factor influencing the innovation activities and spatial structure of a region is the level of comprehensive innovation investment. The regional differences in the overall strength of regional innovation in China are distinct and the features of coastalization are obvious.
