为了研究钢结构端板连接大六角头高强度螺栓应变松弛随时间变化规律,在试验研究基础上,对58个10.9级高强螺栓应变松弛的实测结果进行了拟合,得到了应变松弛随时间变化的函数。分别采用平移法、断面法及概率统计分析法分析,得到了不同保证率下的高强度螺栓应变松弛函数。结果表明:该文提出的函数能够表达大六角头高强度螺栓应变松弛随时间变化规律;在3种方法中,概率统计分析法得到的结果更为准确。
In order to study the variation of strain relaxation of high strength bolts with big hexagonal head connected with steel structure end plate over time, based on the experimental study, the measured results of strain relaxation of 58 high grade 10.9 bolts were fitted and the strain relaxation was obtained with time The function. Using the translation method, the cross section method and the probabilistic statistical analysis method respectively, the strain relaxation function of high strength bolts with different guaranteed rates was obtained. The results show that the function proposed in this paper can express the variation of strain relaxation of high strength hexagonal head bolt over time. Among the three methods, the result of probability statistical analysis is more accurate.
