在保留游梁式抽油机优点的基础上,采用变频调速、可编程控制和电力电子等高新技术将游梁式抽油机改造成为智能抽油机。智能抽油机主要由变频控制系统、传感器、异步电动机和游梁式抽油机等组成,可根据油井工况自动调节运动特性,从而满足开采工况复杂多变的油井和复杂油藏的需求。试验结果表明,智能抽油机可根据油井工况无级调节冲次和上下冲程速比,使油井供排液系统达到动态协调,泵充满度明显提高,启动电流接近抽油机正常工作时的最大电流,功率因数由使用游梁式抽油机时的03~05上升到09以上,具有明显的增产、节能效果
On the basis of retaining the advantages of beam pumping unit, the beam pumping unit is transformed into an intelligent pumping unit with high-tech such as variable frequency speed control, programmable control and power electronics. Intelligent pumping unit is mainly composed of inverter control system, sensor, induction motor and beam pumping unit, etc. It can automatically adjust the movement characteristics according to well conditions to meet the needs of complex and ever-changing oil wells and complex reservoirs in mining conditions . The experimental results show that the intelligent pumping unit can adjust the stroke and the up-down stroke speed ratio steplessly according to the working condition of the oil well, so that the oil well draining system can achieve the dynamic coordination and the fullness of the pump increases obviously. When the starting current approaches the normal work of the pumping unit The maximum current and power factor increase from 03 ~ 05 when using beam pumping unit to over 09, which has significant increase of output and energy saving effect
