应用七神凝集素ConA、DBA、PNA、RCA-1、SWGA、UEA-1、和WGA 为探针,通过组化方法,观察了兔子宫内膜在着床期间糖复合物表达的变化。发现在植入期(D_4~D_7)内膜表面DBA、SWGA 和WGA 受体含量变化不明显。植入时(D_7)PNA 受体增加,而RCA、ConA 和UEA-1受体均见减少。结果表明在着床期间子宫内膜表面糖有规律性改变。提示子宫内膜糖的变化与胚泡着床有关。
The changes of the glycoconjugate expression in rabbit endometrium during implantation were observed by immunohistochemical method using Hepatic lectin ConA, DBA, PNA, RCA-1, SWGA, UEA-1 and WGA as probes. It was found that the contents of DBA, SWGA and WGA receptors on the intimal surface during implantation (D_4 ~ D_7) did not change significantly. At implantation (D_7) PNA receptor increased, while RCA, ConA and UEA-1 receptors decreased. The results show that there is a regular change in the sugar on the surface of the endometrium during implantation. Tip changes in endometrial sugar and blastocyst implantation.
