建立了ＧＣ／ＭＳ同时测定尿中吗啡和可待因含量的分析方法。线性范围为２０—１０００ｎｇ／ｍｌ（ｒ＝０．９９９７）；方法回收率是：吗啡８６．８±７．９％，可待因８４．７±７．０％。天内测定ＲＳＤ＜１０％，天间测定ＲＳＤ＜１５％。该法已用于生物样品中吗啡和可待因的测定。
An analytical method for simultaneous determination of morphine and codeine in urine by GC / MS was established. The linear range was 20-1000 ng / ml (r = 0.9997). The recoveries were 86.8 ± 7.9% for morphine and 84.7 ± 7.0% for codeine. RSD <10% for days and RSD <15% for days. This method has been used for the determination of morphine and codeine in biological samples.
