要实现渣铁流量的检测,必须分别对渣铁流速、流股直径变化和铁水罐增重速率3个参数进行监测,由于高温液态渣铁理化特性,对其直接准确测量是非常困难的,经过研究和生产现场实地考察,提出一种非接触式测量渣铁流量的方法。依据多普勒效应在线测量首钢京唐5 500 m3高炉出铁时渣铁排放的速率,并同步视屏摄像仪监测铁口截面,利用图像处理技术,实时观测记录铁口直径的变化,结合铁水罐称重系统中的铁水增重速率,分析计算高炉出渣出铁速率及高炉渣比,对比实际理论值验证了监测系统的可靠性。
In order to realize the detection of slag flux, the three parameters of slag flux velocity, flow diameter change and weight gain rate of molten iron must be separately monitored. Because of the physical and chemical properties of high temperature liquid slag iron, it is very difficult to directly and accurately measure it. Research and production site visits, put forward a non-contact measurement of slag flow method. According to the Doppler effect, the discharge rate of slag and iron from the 5 500 m3 blast furnace in Shougang Jingtang was measured on-line. The cross-section of the ferrous slag was monitored synchronously with the video camera. The change of the diameter of the ferrule was recorded by real- Weighing system of molten iron weight gain rate, analysis of blast furnace slag output rate and blast furnace slag ratio, compared with the actual theoretical value of the monitoring system to verify the reliability.
