目的测定丹红注射液中的红花总黄酮、丹参素、原儿茶醛、丹酚酸B含量。方法采用分光光度法测定丹红注射液中的红花总黄酮;采用HPLC法测定丹红注射液中的丹参素、原儿茶醛、丹酚酸B。结果总黄酮平均回收率为99.16%,RSD为0.79%,3批样品中红花总黄酮的含量分别为4.023,.84,3.52 mg/mL。丹参素、原儿茶醛、丹酚酸B平均回收率分别为99.96%9,8.98%1,00.16%,RSD均小于0.97%3,批样品中丹参素的含量分别为0.35,0.37,0.30 mg/mL,原儿茶醛的含量分别为0.280,.30,0.25 mg/mL,丹酚酸B的含量分别为0.52,0.49,0.42 mg/mL。结论本方法简便、准确、灵敏度高,可作为该制剂的质量评价指标。
Objective To determine the total flavonoids, danshensu, protocatechuic aldehyde and salvianolic acid B content in Danhong injection. Methods The total flavonoids of Radix Aconiti Preparata in Danhong injection were determined by spectrophotometry. Danshensu, protocatechuic aldehyde and salvianolic acid B in Danhong injection were determined by HPLC. Results The average recovery of total flavonoids was 99.16% with RSD of 0.79%. The contents of total flavonoids in the three batches of samples were 4.023, .84 and 3.52 mg / mL, respectively. The average recoveries of danshensu, protocatechuic aldehyde and salvianolic acid B were 99.96% 9,8.98% 1,00.16%, respectively, and the RSDs were all less than 0.97% .3 The content of Danshensu in batch samples were 0.35, 0.37, 0.30 mg / mL. The contents of protocatechuic aldehyde were 0.280, .30 and 0.25 mg / mL, respectively. The contents of salvianolic acid B were 0.52, 0.49 and 0.42 mg / mL, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and sensitive and can be used as a quality evaluation index.
