应用彩色多普勒超声检测了20例正常新生儿颅内动脉的解剖结构及血流动力学参数。首先,比较了新生儿颅内血管的探测径路。前囟径路能全面地显示新生儿颅内血管的解剖结构及彩色血流特征。颞侧径路可获得新生儿双侧大脑中动脉、大脑前动脉、大脑后动脉及交通支的彩色血流,获取血流动力学参数简便省时,多普勒取样角度小、准确。其次,检测了新生儿三对脑动脉的频谱特征及血流参数。三对大脑动脉的频谱呈中等阻力型、搏动性层流,频谱充填。双侧大脑动脉的收缩期峰流速、舒张期末流速、时间平均流速、搏动指数、阻力指数及脑血流量经统计学处理,差异无显著性意义,P>0.05。
Color Doppler ultrasound was used to detect the anatomic structure and hemodynamic parameters of 20 normal neonatal intracranial arteries. First, we compare the detection pathways of neonatal intracranial vessels. Bregma can fully display the anatomy of neonatal intracranial blood vessels and color flow characteristics. The temporal pathways can obtain the color flow of the bilateral middle cerebral artery, the anterior cerebral artery, the posterior cerebral artery and the traffic branch of the newborn. It is simple and time-saving to obtain hemodynamic parameters, and the Doppler sampling angle is small and accurate. Secondly, the spectral characteristics and blood flow parameters of three pairs of cerebral arteries were detected. The spectrum of the three pairs of cerebral arteries showed moderate resistance, pulsatile laminar flow and spectral filling. Systolic peak flow velocity, end diastolic velocity velocity, time average velocity, pulsatility index, resistance index and cerebral blood flow of bilateral cerebral arteries were statistically analyzed, the difference was not statistically significant, P> 0.05.
