目的：探讨带蒂阴囊中隔皮瓣一期修复小儿尿道下裂的方法及并发症的防治。方法：对９４例应用带蒂阴囊中隔皮瓣一期修复尿道下裂术式治疗的病例进行了临床分析。结果：９４例中阴茎型５８例，阴茎阴囊型３４例，会阴型２例。一次手术治愈８８例。６例术后发生单发尿瘘。结论：带蒂阴囊中隔皮瓣是带血管的皮瓣，血循环丰富，成形尿道愈合力强，合并症少，能一期完成手术。尿道口可达正常位置，阴茎外观良好。
Objective: To explore the method of pedicled scrotum septal flap for the repair of pediatric hypospadias and the prevention and treatment of complications. Methods: A total of 94 patients with pedicled scrotum septal flap for primary repair of hypospadias surgical treatment cases were analyzed. Results: There were 58 cases of penis type in 94 cases, 34 cases of penis scrotum type and 2 cases of perineal type. A surgical cure in 88 cases. Six cases occurred after a single urinary fistula. Conclusion: The pedicled scrotum septal flap is a vascular flap, rich in blood circulation, forming urethra healing power, less complications, can a surgery. Urethra up to the normal position, good appearance of the penis.
