澳大利亚的TAFE课程模式以其“能力本位,就业导向”理念的有效实施,备受我国职业教育届的关注和推崇。笔者以其赴澳培训团的经历为基础,从职教体系构建体系、课程设置理念、课程开发标准、课程实施过程、课程教学评价体系以及课程开发的行业参与程度等方面进行中国与澳大利亚职教课程模式的比较,并且借鉴澳大利亚的成功经验,为我国职教课程模式的改革提出若干建议。
TAFE curriculum model in Australia, with its “ability-based, employment-oriented” concept of effective implementation, has been much attention and respected by our country’s vocational education session. Based on the experience of going to Australia training corps, the author carries out the research on the construction of vocational education system, the concept of curriculum setting, the standard of curriculum development, the implementation of curriculum, the evaluation system of curriculum teaching and the degree of industry participation in curriculum development. Curriculum model comparison, and learn from the successful experience of Australia, China’s vocational education curriculum reform put forward a number of suggestions.
