阴道毛滴虫染色标本制作经用实验空培养４８ｈ的滴虫，生理盐水洗涤２次，制成涂片，用复合染液（吉氏染液５ｍｌ＋瑞氏染液６ｍｌ，蒸馏水加至１００ｍｌ）在３６℃温度下，染色６０ｍｉｎ。这种方法可得到染色上的最佳效果。
Trichomonas vaginalis stained specimens were prepared by the experimental empty culture 48h Trichomonas, saline twice, made of smear, with a composite dye solution (Kyrgyzstan dye 5ml + Wright dye 6ml, distilled water to 100ml) in 36 ℃ temperature, staining 60min. This method gives the best results on dyeing.
