用透射电镜结合定量方法对猕猴大脑中动脉干中膜的年龄变化进行了研究,结果表明:幼年、成年及老年组大脑中动脉中膜平滑肌占中膜面积的百分比分别是71.8%±6.93、64.8%±5.65和63.1%±7.36.说明平滑肌占中膜面积的百分比随着增龄而逐渐下降,此变化与定性观察的结果相一致.认为此定量方法能较客观地反映出平滑肌与间质的增龄改变.
Transmission electron microscopy and quantitative methods were used to study the age-related changes in the middle cerebral artery of rhesus monkey. The results showed that the percentages of middle-sized smooth muscle in medial area of middle cerebral artery were 71.8% ± 6.93,64.8 % ± 5.65 and 63.1% ± 7.36, indicating that the percentage of smooth muscle in medial area decreased gradually with age, which was consistent with the results of qualitative observation.It was considered that this quantitative method can more objectively reflect the smooth muscle and interstitial Aging change.
