分析公共图书馆中读者的变化,得出图书馆个性化信息服务是因人文关怀的推动而产生,并不断向前发展的结论。针对个性化信息服务的不正确理解与执行会影响和阻碍服务中人文精神的传承与发扬问题,建议图书馆从制度建设等方面入手,还原个性化服务的人文关怀本色,继续传承和弘扬人文精神,发挥个性化服务的真正效益。
Analyzing the changes of readers in public libraries, it is concluded that personalized information services of libraries are generated by the promotion of humanistic concern and keep moving forward. The incorrect understanding and implementation of personalized information service will affect and impede the inheritance and development of humanistic spirit in service. It is suggested that the library should restore the humane care of the individualized service and inherit and carry forward the humanistic spirit , To play the real benefits of personalized service.
