Nowadays, “Bo01 ” urban areas use 100% of the renewable energy. The power mainly comes from the wind power and solar photovoltaic power generation technology produced by the offshore power plants. The heating mainly depends on the solar panels and heat pumps, and the air-conditioners come from heat pumps and aquifers. Solar energy is connected to the regional heat network and is expected to output 15% of annual calorific needs. Seasonal energy storage for heat pumps is used for heating and cooling, extracting heat from groundwater and seawater, linking up district heating and cooling systems.
