本文运用两变量VAR系统方法实证分析1985—2005年我国财政科技投入与经济增长之间的关系,综合运用两变量VAR模型基础上的协整分析、误差修正模型、因果关系检验、脉冲响应函数与方差分解等计量技术,系统揭示了财政科技投入与经济增长的动态均衡关系,为财政科技投入政策提供了理论分析和实证检验的科学依据。
This paper uses the two-variable VAR system approach to empirically analyze the relationship between China’s financial investment in science and technology and economic growth between 1985 and 2005. Co-integration analysis, error correction model, causality test, impulse response function and Variance decomposition and other measurement techniques. The system reveals the dynamic equilibrium between the investment in science and technology and economic growth, and provides a scientific basis for the theoretical analysis and empirical test of investment in science and technology.
