本文研究了稀土硅铁炉前孕育处理对铬—钼—铜马氏体白口铸铁冲击韧性的影响。结果表明:采用稀土硅铁进行炉前孕育处理,可以使铬—钼—铜马氏体白口铸铁的共晶碳化物由连续网状分布转变为断续网状分布,使冲击韧性有较大幅度提高;但同时亦指出,加入过高的稀土硅铁会使含硅量增高,因而导致脆性增加和淬透性下降。试验指明:对含C量为2.4~3.0%的铬—钼—铜马氏体白口铸铁炉前孕育处理时最适当稀土硅铁加入量为1.0~1.5%。
In this paper, the effect of pre-treatment of rare earth ferrosilicon furnace on the impact toughness of chrome-molybdenum-copper martensite white cast iron was studied. The results show that the eutectic carbides of chrome-molybdenum-copper-martensite white cast iron can be changed from continuous reticular distribution to intermittent reticular distribution and the impact toughness is larger However, it also pointed out that adding too much rare earth ferrosilicon will increase the silicon content, resulting in an increase of brittleness and a decrease of hardenability. The test indicates that the most appropriate amount of rare earth ferrosilicon is 1.0-1.5% during precooking treatment of chrome-molybdenum-copper martensitic white cast iron with C content of 2.4-3.0%.
