探讨流程改善在病室库存物资管理中的应用。方法:科室与医院有关部门合作,成立课题活动小组,确定“改善病室物资管理流程”为活动课题,对病室专用物资管理流程进行调查、分析。确定造成流程缺陷的主要原因,设定预期目标,并制定相应的对策和组织实施。结果:通过流程改善活动,使科室专用物资的库存量下降了60 .96 % ,库存金额降低了60 .33 %。结论:流程改善活动在科室库存物资管理中取得了较好的效果。科室的成本得到有效控制,取得较好的社会效益及经济效益
Explore the application of process improvement in the management of ward inventory. Methods: The department cooperated with the relevant departments of the hospital to set up a task team to determine the “improving the management of hospital room materials” as the subject of the activity, and to investigate and analyze the management procedures of the exclusive room supplies. Determine the main causes of process defects, set expectations, and formulate appropriate countermeasures and organizational implementation. Result: Through process improvement activities, the inventory of special-purpose materials for the department decreased by 60.96%, and the inventory amount decreased by 60.33%. Conclusion: Process improvement activities have achieved good results in the management of inventory management of the department. The cost of the department is effectively controlled, achieving better social and economic benefits
