目的 研究手术室空气微生物污染状况与采样方法.方法 采用平板暴露法和采样器法分别对不同类型手术室进行空气采样.结果 用采样器法采集百级、千级、万级和普通手术室的手术区空气细菌样本,检验合格率分别为91.6%、100.0%、100.0%和83.3%,手术室周边区合格率分别为83.3%、100.0%、100.0%、83.3%;采用平板暴露法对洁净手术室和普通手术室采样,手术区和周边区合格率均为100.0%.结论 采样器法较平板暴露法更灵敏,两种方法各有优势,可以选用空气采样器法了解洁净手术室的净化效果;选用平板暴露法评估手术区微生物污染情况.“,”Objective To study the microbial contamination of air in operating rooms.with two different sampling methods.Methods The airborne bacterial sampling method and depositing bacterial sampling method were used to observe air contamination situations in different types of operating room.Results The qualified rate of Class 100 、Class1 000、Class10 000 and general operating room was 91.6% 、100% 、100% 、83.3%,respectively.The qualified rate of border area of operating rooms was 83.3% 、100% 、100%、83.3%,respectively.These results above were higher than those collected through the sample collector method.The qualified rates of clean operating room and general operating room were all 100% by depositing bacterial sampling method.Conclusion The two methods have their own superiority,but the airborne bacterial sampling method is more sensitive.We can choose the airborne bacterial sampling method when observing the clarification effect of clean operating room,and the depositing bacterial sampling method can be used to evaluate the microbial contamination.
