[目的]分离并鉴定患病的高体革鯻(Scortum barco)的致病菌,并研究其药敏特性。[方法]从濒死的高体革鯻体内分离到2株致病菌(FS1491、FS1492),通过其生理生化特征与16S r DNA序列分析对其进行鉴定;通过人工感染试验测定2株致病菌对高体革鯻的半致死剂量(LD50);最后,通过药敏试验确定其对抗生素的敏感性。[结果]通过鉴定确定2株致病菌均为温和气单胞菌(Aeromonas sobria),此2株致病菌对高体革鯻的半致死剂量依次为2.1×105和8.5×104cfu/g。该菌对头孢噻肟、环丙沙星、诺氟沙星和左氟沙星等抗生素高度敏感。[结论]该研究可为防治温和气单胞菌引起的高体革鯻疾病提供参考。
[Objective] To isolate and identify the causative bacteria of the diseased Scortum barco and study its antimicrobial susceptibility. [Method] Two strains of pathogenic bacteria (FS1491 and FS1492) were isolated from moribund body of high leather body, identified by their physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S r DNA sequence analysis. Two pairs of pathogenic bacteria were tested by artificial infection test High body leather 鯻 semi-lethal dose (LD50); Finally, through the susceptibility test to determine its sensitivity to antibiotics. [Result] The two pathogenic bacteria were identified as Aeromonas sobria by identification. The lethal doses of the two pathogenic bacteria to A. sojae were 2.1 × 105 and 8.5 × 104 cfu / g, respectively. The bacteria on cefotaxime, ciprofloxacin, norfloxacin and levofloxacin and other antibiotics highly sensitive. [Conclusion] This study may provide a reference for the prevention and cure of A. sojae disease caused by Aeromonas sobria.
