一种制备Mg基非晶复合材料的差压压铸方法

通过自主研制的差压压铸设备制备了CNTs-Mg基非晶复合材料,对制备的复合材料进行XRD标识,发现基体仍保持非晶态。同时对其微观结构、压缩性能、断裂韧性及断口形貌进行了分析。结果表明,CNTs与非晶基体结合良好,没有明显破坏基体的非晶形成能力和热稳定性能。CNTs的加入提高了非晶基体的强度和断裂韧性,与纯非晶合金相比,复合材料的断裂强度提高了24%,断裂韧性提高了35%,断口出现很多韧窝结构。 The CNTs-Mg-based amorphous composites were prepared by the self-developed differential pressure die casting equipment. The prepared composites were XRD identified and found that the matrix remained amorphous. At the same time, its microstructure, compressive properties, fracture toughness and fracture morphology were analyzed. The results show that the combination of CNTs and amorphous matrix is ​​good, and the amorphous formation ability and thermal stability of the matrix are not obviously damaged. The addition of CNTs improves the strength and fracture toughness of the amorphous matrix. Compared with the pure amorphous alloy, the fracture toughness of the composites increases by 24%, the fracture toughness increases by 35% and many dimple structures appear in the fracture.
