设计并合成了两种多酰胺杯[4]芳烃中性阴离子受体(5,6),用IR,~1H NMR,MS及元素分析等对其结构进行了表征。利用紫外-可见光谱(UV-vis)与~1H NMR研究了其对不同阴离子(p-O_2NPhOPO_3~(2-),p-O_2NPhO~-,H_2PO_4~-,Ac~-,Cl~-,Br~-及I~-)的识别性能,结果表明主体5和6对含芳环的阴离子(p-O_2NPhOPO_3~(2-),p-O_2NPhO~-)具有较好的选择识别性能,主客体间通过多重氢键和π-π的相互作用形成了1:1的络合物,5和6对没有紫外吸收的阴离子(H_2PO_4~-,Ac~-,Cl~-)也呈现一定的键合能力,为这类阴离子提供了一种简单的光谱测定方法。
Two kinds of polyamido calix [4] arene neutral anion receptors (5,6) were designed and synthesized. Their structures were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, MS and elemental analysis. The effects of different anions (p-O_2NPhOPO_3 ~ (2 -), p-O_2NPhO ~ -, H_2PO_4 ~ -, Ac ~ -, Cl ~ -, Br ~ - and I ~ -). The results show that the main ligands 5 and 6 have good selectivity for the aromatic ring-containing anions (p-O_2NPhOPO_3 ~ (2 -) and p_O_2NPhO ~ The interaction of multiple hydrogen bonds with π-π formed a 1: 1 complex, while 5 and 6 also exhibited some bonding ability to the anions without UV absorption (H_2PO_4 ~ -, Ac ~ -, Cl ~ -) This anion provides a simple method of spectrometry.
