目的:检测长链非编码RNA UC001kfo在乳腺癌及癌旁组织中的表达水平,分析其与乳腺癌临床病理特征的相关性。方法:收集石蜡包埋的乳腺浸润性导管癌47例及癌旁组织16例,用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测lnc RNA UC001kfo的表达水平,并用统计学方法分析其与临床病理特征的相关性。结果:UC001kfo在乳腺癌组织中表达水平下调(P<0.001);UC001kfo低表达与高临床分期呈负相关(r=-0.319,P=0.029)。结论:UC001kfo可能在乳腺癌发生中起抑癌作用,可能成为乳腺癌诊断的分子标记物及治疗的靶基因。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the expression of long-chain non-coding RNA UC001kfo in breast cancer and paracancerous tissues and to analyze its correlation with the clinicopathological features of breast cancer. Methods: Forty-seven paraffin-embedded invasive ductal carcinomas of the breast and para-cancerous tissues were collected. The expression of lnc RNA UC001kfo was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. The correlations were analyzed by statistical methods. Results: The expression of UC001kfo was down-regulated in breast cancer (P <0.001). The low expression of UC001kfo was negatively correlated with high clinical stage (r = -0.319, P = 0.029). CONCLUSION: UC001kfo may play a role in tumorigenesis in breast cancer and may be a molecular marker for diagnosis of breast cancer and a target gene for therapy.
