目的通过研究大曲菌种在不同营养条件对滇产三七进行固态生物转化后其皂苷部分的化学变化,寻找药理活性存在差异的原因。方法采用含量测定、高效液相色谱法和HPLC-MS法,对大曲菌种在不同条件下的三七转化产物进行化学成分分析。结果转化产物中的R1、Rg1、Re、Rb1含量都出现降低;203.4nm、254.4nm波长下,转化产物不仅峰面积的改变,且出现了相对极性偏小的新吸收峰;转化中消失的化合物大多相同,但产生的新化合物也有相同,也存在差异。结论三七经转化后化学组份发生了明显变化,揭示了药理效果差异的原因,反映了微生物对转化对象具有一定的选择性和转化诱导性,且不同营养源将影响菌种性能的表达,为新化合物的筛选提供了思路。
Objective To study the chemical changes of the saponin fraction of Rhizopus stornamensis after solid state biotransformation of Rhizoma Chuanchuan under different nutritional conditions to find out the reason for the difference in pharmacological activity. Methods The chemical constituents of Panax notoginseng transformed under different conditions were analyzed by HPLC, HPLC and HPLC-MS. As a result, the contents of R1, Rg1, Re and Rb1 in the transformed product all decreased. At the wavelength of 203.4nm and 254.4nm, not only the change of the peak area but also the new absorption peak with smaller relative polarity appeared; The compounds are mostly the same, but the new compounds produced are the same and different. Conclusion The chemical constituents of Panax notoginseng undergo significant changes after the transformation, revealing the reasons for the differences in pharmacological effects, reflecting that the microorganisms have certain selectivity and transformation inducing effect on the transformed objects, and different nutrient sources will affect the expression of the bacterial species, Provided a new idea for the screening of new compounds.
