~(99m)Tc-特丁基异腈(~(99m)Tc-TBI)在诊断心肌梗塞和心肌缺血等心脏疾患方面,是一个有价值的新型心肌显象剂。而配体交换又是制备~(99m)Tc-TBI的重要方法。本文介绍了~(99m)Tc-葡庚糖酸盐(~(99m)Tc-GH)与特丁基异腈(TBI)之间的配体交换动力学,研究了介质pH值、TBI浓度、葡庚糖酸钙含量等对交换反应的影响。采用纸层析法测定了不同时间的交换率,计算了不同pH下的反应速度常数。结果表明,~(99m)Tc-GH与TBI之间的配体交换属二级交换反应,反应速度常数K明显受介质pH的影响。
~ (99m) Tc-tert-butyl isonitrile (~ (99m) Tc-TBI) is a valuable new myocardial imaging agent in the diagnosis of heart diseases such as myocardial infarction and myocardial ischemia. Ligand exchange is an important method to prepare ~ (99m) Tc-TBI. The ligand exchange kinetics between ~ (99m) Tc-glucoheptonate (~ (99m) Tc-GH) and t-butylisocyanurate (TBI) is described in this paper. The effects of pH, TBI concentration, Effect of calcium oxalate content on exchange reaction. The exchange rates at different times were determined by paper chromatography, and the reaction rate constants at different pHs were calculated. The results showed that the exchange between ~ (99m) Tc-GH and TBI was a secondary exchange reaction, and the reaction rate constant K was obviously affected by the pH of media.
