据报道大约15％～35％的血友病A病人可出现Ⅷ因子抗体,但在少数非血友病患者偶尔体内亦会出现Ⅷ因子抑制物,作者自1980～1995年间共遇到10例,本文就其临床特点及其治疗结果进行报道。 10例患者大多在损伤或手术后短期内有突然出血倾向,经血清学检测证实体内存在Ⅷ因子抑制物。男性4例,女性6例,年龄21～80岁。Ⅷ因子抑制物采用Bethesda方法测定,同时还进行了aPTT及Ⅷ因子等检测。所有均进行全面的临床及相关实验室检查,除外恶
