从228份秦椒(Capsicum annuum)罹病材料中鉴定出CMV、TMV、TEV和PVY等4种病毒。以CMV和TMV为主接种在田间辣椒上后,产生多种花叶。CMV、TEV和PVY可以通过桃蚜以非持久方式传播。TMV、TEV和PVY的粒子大小分别为292~300×15nm、728×13nm和730×11nm。TMV-RNA和TEV-RNA的分子量分别为2.06×10~6和3.16×10~6。TMV在辣椒上发生较早,从苗期开始为害,其后CMV和TMV的比例迅速上升,个别田块有TEV和PVY发生。到生长后期,CMV和TMV混合侵染现象加重。
Four viruses, CMV, TMV, TEV and PVY, were identified from 228 diseased materials of Capsicum annuum. CMV and TMV-based inoculation in the field pepper, produce a variety of mosaic. CMV, TEV and PVY can be spread in a non-persistent way by Myzus persicae. The particle sizes of TMV, TEV and PVY are 292-300x15 nm, 728x13 nm and 730x11 nm, respectively. The molecular weights of TMV-RNA and TEV-RNA were 2.06 × 10 ~ 6 and 3.16 × 10 ~ 6, respectively. TMV occurred earlier in pepper and it was harmed from seedling stage. The ratio of CMV and TMV increased rapidly thereafter, and TEV and PVY occurred in some fields. To late growth, CMV and TMV mixed infection aggravate.
