众所周知,泥浆的净化是保证钻孔正常钻进的重要前提。进行泥浆净化的方法很多,但是,在野外采用这些方法很不方便,一些净化设备成本较高,使用工序繁琐。现在许多野外队,都是就地挖一种直线状泥浆槽(图1)进行循环和净化。笔者通过长期的实验和观察,发现传统使用的直线状泥浆槽沉砂效果差,泥浆净化程度低,设备磨损快,往往因为泥浆含砂量大而失去其性能指标,引起一些孔内事故,但施工现场又不允许挖槽过长为了改进这些不足,现设计一种“Z”型泥浆槽(图2),这种泥浆槽使用方便,占地范围小,具有沉砂速度快,泥浆净化程度高等特点。
It is well known that the purification of mud is an important precondition for the normal drilling of boreholes.
