质量包含质与量。没有量就谈不上质。质是在量中求得的。但由于电大学生、教师、教材的自身特点和教学手段的特殊形式又决定了电大教学辅导不能仅在量上打圈子,更得在质上想办法。这就要求辅导教师必须精讲巧练,以少胜多。比如写作课,一学期学员只写中央电大规定的几篇作文,很难做到以量求质。这就需要我们突破传统的多读多写的教学思想的局限,设法以较少的课内读写和课外作业量达到提高学生语文水平和写作能力的目的,在定量中求质。 所谓精讲,就是教师要吃透教材,吃透学生,掌握电大教学特点。对学生已懂、易懂的问题大可不讲;对学生不懂的重、难、疑点就得讲透,以简明、生动、准确的语言,深入浅出地阐述清个中奥秘,且最好能以实例把抽象的道理尽可能讲得形象
