多年来,从心脏表面直接记录心电图已成为一种标准的实验方法。不少作者已论述过应用上述技术,对各种心律失常作外科治疗。人们曾用针状和片状两种电极作试验,片状电极是缝在心肌表面上。可是,在对病人作心脏直视手术时,大多用手持式探查电极作记录。本文详细介绍这种手持式探测器的制造方法。英国伦敦Bartholomew医院的医用电子研究室设计了两种不同形状探测器。一种是用于心包(心外膜)和心内表面检测的通用短型探测器,另一种是可伸到心外膜表面后,使用时不需把心脏抬高到胸腔外的较大的探测器。
Over the years, recording ECG directly from the surface of the heart has become a standard experimental method. Many authors have discussed the application of the above techniques, surgical treatment of a variety of arrhythmias. People used acupuncture and flake electrodes for testing, and flake electrodes were sewn to the surface of the heart muscle. However, when the patient is undergoing open-heart surgery, most of them are recorded by hand-held probing electrodes. This article details how to make this hand-held detector. Bartholomew Hospital, London, United Kingdom Medical Electronics Laboratory designed two different shape detectors. One is a generic short probe for the pericardial (epicardial) and endocardial surface detection and the other is a large, non-elevating Detector.
