前文报道了羊红膻~*中黄酮类化合物的提取分离及结晶A和C的结构测定。本报报道结晶B和D的分离及结构测定。将总黄酮上聚酰胺柱,先以乙酸乙酯洗脱,回收得结晶A和C的混晶,再以70%乙醇洗脱,回收醇得结晶B和D的混晶。将B和D的混晶上微晶纤维素柱,正丁醇洗脱,纸层检查,相同的合并,回收溶剂,前半部得结晶B,后半部得结晶D。结晶B和D经化学试验、光谱分析、衍生物制
Previously, the extraction and separation of flavonoids and the structure determination of crystallization A and C in Yanghong膻* were reported. This paper reports the separation and structure determination of crystalline B and D. The total flavonoids were loaded onto a polyamide column and first eluted with ethyl acetate. The mixed crystals of crystals A and C were recovered and eluted with 70% ethanol to recover the mixed crystals of crystals B and D. The mixed crystals of B and D were loaded onto a column of microcrystalline cellulose, eluted with n-butanol, and examined on the paper layer. The same was combined and the solvent was recovered.
