对机械操纵系统在某些飞行状态下的航向偏离特性进行了分析。飞机大表速机动飞行时,由于航向机械操纵系统的偏离特性,导致飞机出现非指令性侧滑问题。对导致操纵系统偏离特性的可能成因及偏离规律进行了理论分析,深入研究了硬式杆系连接的航向机械操纵系统随着飞行表速和法向过载的增加而偏离设计值的相关特性,同时阐述了航向机械操纵系统偏离设计值对飞机操纵特性的影响。通过工程简化方法对航向机械操纵系统的偏离特性进行了理论计算,并与飞机的飞参记录数据进行对比,验证了上述方法的准确性。最后针对飞机的正常使用提出实用建议。
The course deviation characteristic of the mechanical control system in some flight states is analyzed. Aircraft large table speed maneuvering flight, due to deviation of the mechanical characteristics of the steering system, resulting in non-command aircraft side slip problem. The possible causes and deviation rules of the deviation characteristics of the control system are analyzed theoretically. The relevant characteristics of the mechanical steering system with rigid bar linkage that deviate from the design value with the increase of flight table speed and normal overload are elaborated. The influence of deviation of design of heading maneuvering system on the maneuverability of the aircraft. Through the engineering simplified method, the deviation characteristic of the heading maneuvering system was calculated theoretically and compared with the flight data recorded by the aircraft, which verified the accuracy of the above method. In the end, it puts forward practical suggestions for the normal use of the aircraft.
