本文研究了多组份混合物的紫外光谱矩阵计算分析法。考虑了分子间相互作用和其它引起偏离Beer定律因素的影响,在计算矩阵中引入非零截距校正项后,对苯酚、愈疮本酚、对甲酚及邻甲酚混合物进行了同时测定,获得了较为满意的结果。并对测定波长选择及矩阵计算的误差进行了探讨。苯酚及其同系物是有机化工、炼焦及造纸工业废水中的主要污染物之一、利用酚类化合物的紫外特徵吸收带和矩阵计算方法,为工业废水中酚类污染物的同时测定提供了一条新的途径。
In this paper, the multi-component mixture UV spectral matrix calculation and analysis. Considering the intermolecular interactions and other factors that lead to the deviation from Beer’s law, the non-zero intercept correction term was introduced into the calculation matrix and the mixtures of phenol, guaifenesin, p-cresol and o-cresol were simultaneously measured. Obtained a more satisfactory result. The errors of wavelength selection and matrix calculation are also discussed. Phenol and its homologues are one of the major pollutants in organic chemical, coking and papermaking industrial wastewater. Using the characteristic absorption bands of ultraviolet (UV) characteristic of phenolic compounds and matrix calculation, phenol and its homologues provide a measure for simultaneous determination of phenolic pollutants in industrial wastewater New way.
