G E-B25轮马达把电能转换成机械能,通过机械齿轮进行减速、增扭传递,具有低转速、大转矩输出的特点,配置在载重220 t的小松830E等电动轮汽车中使用,在大型矿业运输中发挥着巨大的作用。该型轮马达通常具有运行稳定、密封性能好、漏油故障少、大修间隔周期长的优点,但也会出现打齿故障,导致性能难于恢复备件受损。针对打齿故障的原因进行探讨,并提出了降低此类故障发生的措施。
G E-B25 wheel motor to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy, through the mechanical gear deceleration, increased torsional transmission, with low speed, high torque output characteristics, configured in the 220t Komatsu 830E and other electric car used in large Mining transport plays a huge role. This type of wheel motor usually has the advantages of stable operation, good sealing performance, less oil spill failure and long overhaul interval, but it also may cause tooth breakage and result in difficult performance restoration of spare parts. This paper discusses the reasons for the tooth flaw and puts forward the measures to reduce the occurrence of such flaw.
